Angela Deke, Vice President of Ticket & Business Operations: Angela, who has been with the organization since its inception in 2005, is now the Vice President of Ticket and Business Operations. In her new role, she will continue to manage all ticket operations, act as a senior advisor to the General Manager, lead human resources and finances, and serve as a liaison between the front office and the food and beverage provider, Delaware North. This promotion is a testament to her decades of dedication.
Zack Pemberton, Vice President of Ticket Sales & Marketing: Entering his 17th season with Springfield, Zack steps into a new senior leadership role as the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Marketing. He will oversee both the Ticket Sales and Marketing Departments, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration. He will also continue his work with non-profit organizations, premium ticket accounts, and corporate partnerships.

Tysen Hathcock, Senior Manager of Video Operations & Production: Since joining the team full-time in 2022, Tysen takes on the role of Senior Manager of Video Operations and Production. He will have increased responsibility for gameday entertainment at Hammons Field, including managing promotions staff, scoreboard operations, and the production team. His goal is to elevate the fan experience.
Caleb Lasher, Senior Account Executive: Caleb, with the organization since 2022, will continue as an Account Executive, focusing on RED Access Membership and group sales, while also adding corporate sponsorships. Additionally, Caleb will lead youth baseball clinics and facilitate high school games at Hammons Field.
Dalton Baker, Operations Manager: Shifting from the sales department, Dalton becomes the Operations Manager. He will lead clubhouse operations, team travel, and housing, and assist with stadium operations.
Sheri Hart, Business Manager: After joining in January 2025, Sheri transitions from Office Coordinator to Business Manager. She will continue her responsibilities with payroll and office management and serve as the financial liaison between the club and Diamond Baseball Holdings’ regional office.
Aubree Enos, Account Executive: Having worked in various part-time roles since 2022, Aubree joins the full-time staff this offseason. The Missouri State alumna has gained experience across multiple departments and has been working with the sales staff since October 2025.
And this is the part most people miss... The defending Texas League Champion Springfield Cardinals will kick off their 2026 regular season at home on Tuesday, April 7 against the Tulsa Drillers. Before the season officially starts, they will host the St. Louis Cardinals in an exhibition game on Monday, March 23 at Hammons Field, called “Cards vs. Cards, presented by Mercy.”
